General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Tanneau Geoffrey, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the website www.invinnia.com, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

2. Products and Pricing

2.1 Products: The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations between the description and the actual product may occur.

2.2 Prices: Product prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (VAT). The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders

The ordering process includes the following steps:

3.1 Product selection: The Customer adds the desired products to their cart.

3.2 Order confirmation: The Customer reviews the items in their cart, provides the necessary delivery information, and confirms their order.

3.3 Order acknowledgment: The Seller sends the Customer an order confirmation email including a summary of the products, prices, delivery fees, and the Seller’s contact details.

4. Delivery

4.1 Timeframes: Delivery times are estimated at the time of order and may vary depending on the delivery location. The Seller will make every effort to meet these deadlines but cannot be held liable for delays beyond its control.

4.2 Shipping fees: Delivery is free of charge.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card. The order will be shipped once payment is confirmed.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal.

7. Warranties and Liability

The Seller guarantees that the products conform to the specifications provided. The Seller cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.

8. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order process is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These general terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the country of the Seller’s registered office. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those located in the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office.

10. Modification of the GTCS

The Seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time the Customer confirms their order.
